Terms and Conditions

Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.


Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

  • Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
  • Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
  • Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
  • Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.

Return and Refund Policy

Geek’d Up Records - Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 22, 2025

At Geek’d Up Records, we strive to provide high-quality music and merchandise. This Return and Refund Policyoutlines the conditions under which refunds or returns may be granted.

1. Digital Products (Music & Downloads)

  • No refunds will be issued for digital music purchases (MP3, WAV, streaming licenses) once the download is completed.
  • If you experience technical issues with a purchased file, contact our support team at geekduprecords@gmail.com within 7 days, and we will provide assistance or a replacement download.

2. Physical Products (Vinyl, CDs, Merchandise)

We accept returns and exchanges for defective or incorrect physical items under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • You must request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email geekduprecords@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged product
    We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders for physical products can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Digital product orders cannot be canceled after payment is processed.

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or damaged items.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Digital music files
  • Gift cards
  • Limited edition or final-sale items
